外国人介護職員を雇用するためには、4つの制度があります。

1. EPA・・・EPA（経済連携協定）に基づく外国人介護福祉士候補者の雇用
EPA : Employment of Certified Care Worker Candidates under Economic Partnership Agreement(EPA)
2. 介護・・・日本の介護福祉養成学校を卒業した在留資格「介護」をもつ外国人の雇用
Nursing Care : Employment of foreigners who graduated a certified care worker training school in Japan and have
“Nursing Care” status of residence
3. 技能実習・・・技能実習制度を活用した外国人（技能実習生）の雇用
Technical Intern Training : Employment of foreigners using the technical Intern Training Program (technical intern trainee)
4. 特定技能・・・在留資格「特定技能1号」をもつ外国人の雇用
Specified Skilled Worker : Employment of foreigners with “Specified Skilled Worker (i)” status of residence

訪問入浴介護サービスに従事できる外国人介護職員は、

1. EPA・・・制限あり：ただし介護福祉士の資格取得後は、一定条件を満たした事業所の訪問系サービスも可能
2. 介護・・・在留資格「介護」＝介護福祉士

・About Japanese Language skills of foreign care workers
訪問入浴介護では、一緒に働くスタッフはもちろんのこと、ご利用者、ご家族とのコミュニケーションが重要になるかと思います。就労開始時点での日本語能力はどうでしょうか。
Foreign care workers who work at Home-visit service like Home-visit bathing care, they are required communication skills, especially when they talk with coworkers, users and the users’ family members.
These are the criteria for foreign care workers’ Japanese language skills.
1. EPA・・・N3程度
EPA・・・about N3 level
2. 介護・・・N2程度
Nursing Care・・・about N2 level

Ⅰ. What is home-visit bathig care service? 訪問入浴介護とサービスとは？
This is a nursing care service that provides support for senior citizens and persons with disabilities to bathe at home. Our vehicle for bathing care installs a special bathtub near the patient’s bed at home. (The space of 3.2㎡ is required.)
介護・介助の必要な高齢者や障がい者の方々が、ご自宅のお部屋でそのまま入浴できるサービスです。専用の浴槽を装備した移動入浴車で訪問し、約２畳のスペースがあればベッドや布団のそばで入浴が可能です。
Three staff members (nurse, helper, operator) will visit the patient’s home. Long-term care insurance can be used to cover this service. (Services can be provided even without long-term care insurance.)
看護師、ヘルパー、オペレーターの３名１チームでご自宅に訪問します。介護保険でのサービス提供が受けられます。（介護保険以外でのサービス提供もございます）
Nurse： Provides services of checking vital signs before bathing and health check after bathing.
看護師: 入浴前の利用者のバイタルチェック。入浴後の健康管理も行います。
Helper： Provides services of a health check, changing of clothes and bathing care.
ヘルパー: 入浴する方の体調チェックや衣服の着脱、入浴介助を行います。入浴器材の準備片付け、入浴介助も行います。
Operator： Provides services of operating bathing equipment, overall management, and maintenance of vehicle for bathing care.
オペレーター: 入浴器材の準備片付け、各工程の流れの確認、チェックを行います。移動入浴車のメンテナンスも行います。
Bathtub can be carried inside the room. Even a narrow frontage is alright.
浴槽は室内に持ち運べます。狭い間口でも大丈夫です。
